At that time, Solomon held a feast for all Israel, a great congregation, from the entry of Lebo Hamath to the Brook of Egypt, before the Lord our God, seven days and another seven days, a total of fourteen days.

Solomon awoke, and behold, it was a dream. Then he came to Jerusalem and stood before the ark of the covenant of the Lord and offered up burnt offerings and peace offerings and made a feast for all of his servants.

Solomon reigned over all kingdoms from the Euphrates River to the land of the Philistines and to the border of Egypt. The people brought presents and served Solomon all the days of his life.

For he had dominion over all the region on this side of the River from Tiphsah to Gaza, over all the kings on this side of the River, and he had peace on all borders of his land.

All the men of Israel assembled themselves before King Solomon at the feast in the month Ethanim, which is the seventh month.

On the eighth day he sent the people away, and they blessed the king and went to their tents rejoicing in their hearts for all the goodness that the Lord had done for David His servant and for Israel His people.

He restored the border of Israel from the entrance of Lebo Hamath to the Sea of the Arabah, according to the word of the Lord God of Israel, which He spoke by His servant Jonah the son of Amittai, the prophet, who was from Gath Hepher.

Then the king of Assyria brought people from Babylon, Kuthah, Avva, Hamath, and Sepharvaim and put them in the cities of Samaria instead of the Israelites. They possessed Samaria and lived in its cities.

Then the whole assembly counseled to have the feast for another seven days, so they had seven more days of gladness.

I will set your boundaries from the Red Sea to the sea of the Philistines, and from the desert to the Euphrates River; for I will deliver the inhabitants of the land into your hand, and you will drive them out before you.

In that day the Lord shall thresh from the channel of the Euphrates River to the stream of Egypt, and you shall be gathered one by one, O sons of Israel.

The south side, toward the Negev, shall run from Tamar even to the waters of Meribah Kadesh, from there along the Brook of Egypt to the Mediterranean Sea. This shall be the south side, toward the Negev.

Watch: I will raise up against you a nation, O house of Israel, says the Lord, the God of Hosts, and they will oppress you from Lebo Hamath to the Wadi Arabah.

Cross over to Kalneh and see, and go from there to Hamath the great; then go down to Gath of the Philistines— are you better than these kingdoms? Or is their territory greater than your territory?

And the border will circle around from Azmon to the Brook of Egypt, and the end of it will be at the Mediterranean Sea.

from Mount Hor you will mark a line of your border to Lebo Hamath, and the limits of the border will be to Zedad.
