Nadab the son of Jeroboam began to reign over Israel in the second year of Asa king of Judah and reigned over Israel two years.

This matter became sin to the house of Jeroboam, so as to cut it off and to destroy it from the face of the earth.

“Arise therefore and go to your own house. When your feet enter the city, the child will die.

Jeroboam reigned twenty-two years, and then he slept with his fathers, and Nadab, his son, reigned in his stead.
