We have this commandment from Him: Whoever loves God must also love his brother.
You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the sons of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the Lord.
“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’
He said, “The one who showed mercy on him.” Then Jesus said to him, “Go and do likewise.”
This is My commandment: that you love one another, as I have loved you.
For the entire law is fulfilled in one word, even in this: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision means anything, but faith which works through love.
As concerning brotherly love, you do not need me to write to you. For you yourselves are taught by God to love one another;
Finally, be all of one mind, compassionate, loving toward one another, gracious, and kind.
Above all things, have unfailing love for one another, for love will cover a multitude of sins.
Brothers, I am writing no new commandment to you, but an old commandment which you have had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which you have heard from the beginning.
For this is the message that you heard from the beginning: We should love one another,
We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brothers. Whoever does not love his brother remains in death.
My little children, let us love not in word and speech, but in action and truth.
And this is His commandment: that we should believe on the name of His Son Jesus Christ and love one another as He commanded us.
Beloved, if God so loved us, we must also love one another.
