we declare to you that which we have seen and heard, that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ.

I exhort the elders who are among you, as one who is also an elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ as well as a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed:

Therefore, holy brothers, partakers in a heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Jesus Christ,

He has delivered us from the power of darkness and has transferred us into the kingdom of His dear Son,

For I did not keep from declaring to you the whole counsel of God.

This then is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you: God is light, and in Him is no darkness at all.

saying: “I will declare Your name to My brothers; in the midst of the congregation I will sing praise to You.”

Let those who have believing masters not despise them, because they are brothers. Instead, let them serve as slaves, because those who receive their service are faithful and beloved. Teach and command these things.

It is right for me to think this of you all because I have you in my heart, since both in my imprisonments and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel, you all are fellow partakers of my grace.

But because of Him you are in Christ Jesus, whom God made unto us wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption.

Now, brothers, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which you have received, and in which you stand.

It has pleased them indeed, and they are their debtors. For if the Gentiles have been partakers of their spiritual things, they also ought to minister to them in material things.

‘Look, you scoffers, marvel and perish! For I will perform a work in your days which you will never believe, even if someone declares it to you.’ ”

For we have not followed cleverly devised myths when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were eyewitnesses of His majesty.

Moreover, if you go with us, then it will be that whatever good the Lord will do for us, we will likewise do for you.”
