Se that ye know no man in Iudgement: but heare the small as well as the greate & be afrayed of no man, for the iudgment is Gods. And the cause that is to harde for you, bryng vnto me and I will heare it.
Of them whiche seme to be great (what they were in time passed, it maketh no matter to me: God loketh on no mans person) neuerthelesse they which seme great, added nothing to me.
How longe wyll ye ymagyn myschiefe agaynste euerye man? ye shalbe slayne all the sorte of you: yea as a tottrynge wall shall ye be, and lyke a broken hedge.
Vngodly men are ye. He hath none respecte vnto the personnes of the lordlye, and regardeth not the ryche more then pore. For they be al the worcke of hys handes.
Wherfore let the feare of the lord be wyth you, and take hede and do it. For there is no vnryghteousnesse in the Lord our God nor regarding of persones, nor taking of rewardes.
And Eliah came vnto all the people and sayde: why halte ye betwene two opinions? Yf the Lorde be very God, folowe him: or yf Baal be he, then folowe hym. And the people answered him not one worde.
Then Moses and Aaron went in vnto Pharao, and sayd vnto hym: Thus sayth the Lorde God of the Hebrues: howe longe shall it be or thou wylt submit thy selfe vnto me? Let my people go that they may serue me.
Thus sayeth the Lord God: O ye prynces, ye haue now oppressed and destroyed ynough: now leaue of, handle now accordyng to the thing, that is equall and lauful: and thrust out my people nomore, sayeth the Lorde God.
