And she bare yet an other sonne, whom he called Elieser, sayinge: the God of my father is myne helper, and hath ryd me out of the handes of Pharao. And it chaunced in processe of tyme, that the kynge of Egypt dyed, and the chyldren of Israel syghed by the reason of labour and cried.
And Pharao drewe nye, & when the chyldren of Israel lyft vp their eyes & sawe howe the Egyptians folowed after them, they were sore a frayde & cryed out vnto the Lord.
And vnto Leui he sayed: thy perfectnes and thy lyght be after thy merciful man whom thou temptedest at Masah wyth whome thou striuedest at the water of stryfe.
lett Aaron be putt vnto hys people, for he shall not come into the lande whiche I haue geuen vnto the chyldren of Israel: bicause ye disobeied my mouth at the water of strife.
Wherfore say vnto the chyldren of Israel I am the Lord, & wyll bryng you out frome vnder the burdens of the Egyptians, & wyl ryd you out of theyr bondage, and wil delyuer you with a stretched out arme and with great iudgements.
Behold therfore (sayeth the Lorde) the dayes are come, that it shall nomore be sayed: The Lorde lyueth, whyche brought the chyldren of Israell out of the lande of Egypte:
