Vpon an instrument of ten strynges, vpon the lute and with a songe vpon the harpe.

Yf any of you be euyll vexed, let hym praye. Yf anye of you be merye, let hym singe Psalmes.

Let the word of Christ dwell in you plenteouslye in all wysdome. Teache and exhorte youre owne selues, in psalmes, and hymnes, and spirituall songes, whiche haue fauoure with them, singinge in your hertes to the Lorde.

speakinge vnto your selues in Psalmes, and Hymnes, and spiritual sounges, singing and makinge melodye to the Lorde in your hertes,

And the trompette blowers & the syngers so agreed, that it semed but one voice in praysing & thankynge the Lorde. And as the voyce of the trompettes, symbales and instrumentes of melodye arose, & as they praysed the Lord, how that he was good and that hys mercye lasteth euer, the house of the Lorde was fylled with a cloude,

and Maasiah Semeiah, Eleasar, Vrsi, Iehohanan, Melchiah, Elam and Ser. And the syngers sang loud & Iestahiah was the ouerseer.

Vnto the (O my strengthe) wyll I singe, for thou (O God) art my defence, & my mercifull God.
