Knowe thys, that the Lorde dealeth maruelously wyth hys saynt: and when I cal vpon the Lorde, he heareth me.

Ye haue not chosen me, but I haue chosen you and ordeyned you, that ye go & bringe forth frute, and that your frute remayne, and that whatsoeuer ye shall axe of the father in my name, he shoulde geue it to you.

For the eyes of the Lorde are ouer the righteous, and his eares are open vnto theyr prayers.

The Lorde knoweth howe to deliuer the Godlye out of temptacion, and howe to reserue the vniuste vnto the daye of iudgement for to be punyshed,

But the sure grounde of God remayneth, and hath thys seale: the Lord knoweth them that are his, & let euerye man that calleth on the name of Christe departe from iniquitie.

whiche gaue hym selfe for vs, to redeme vs from al vnryghtuousnes and to pourge vs a peculyar people vnto him selfe, feruently geuen vnto good workes.

But ye are a chosen generacyon, a royall priesthode, an holye nacyon and a peculyar people that ye shoulde shewe the vertues of hym that called you oute of darkenes into his marueylous lyght,

for how shall it be knowne nowe that both I and thy people haue founde fauoure in thy syghte, but in that thou goest wyth vs: that both I and thy people haue a preemynence before all the people that are vpon the face of the erth.

Awaye fro me all ye wicked dors, for the Lorde hath hearde the voyce of my wepyng

For we are his worckmanshyp created in Christe Iesus to good workes, vnto the, whyche God ordeined vs before, that we should walke in them.

Gather my saynctes together vnto me, those that set more by the couenant then by any offering.

O loue the Lorde (all ye hys saynctes) for the Lorde preserueth the faythfull, and plenteusly rewardeth he the proud doer.

When soeuer I call vpon the, myne enemyes are put to flight: whereby I knowe that thou art my God.

My mouth shall speake of wysdome, and my hert shall muse of vnderstandynge.

O trust not in wronge and robbery, geue not youre selues vnto vanitye: if ryches encrease, set not your herte vpon them.
