But yf her husband disanulled them the same daye that he heard them, then nothyng that proceded out of her lippes in vowes & boundes wherwith she bounde her soule shall stande in effecte: for her husbande hath loused them. And the Lord shal forgeue her.

But and yf her husbande forbade her the same day that the heard it, then hath he made her vowe whyche she had vpon her of none effecte, and that also which she pronounced wt her lyppes wherwyth she bounde her soule, and the lord shal forgeue her.

I woulde you knewe that Christ is the heade of euery man. And the man is the womans heade. And God is Christes heade.

But & yf her father forbyd her the same daye that he heareth it, none of her vowes nor bondes whych she hath made vpon her soule shalbe of value, & the Lorde shall forgeue her, because her father forbade her.

And the priest shal make an atonement for al the multitude of the children of Israel, & it shalbe forgeuen them for it was ignoraunce. And they shall brynge theyr giftes vnto the offeringe of the Lorde and their synne offeryng before the Lorde for theyr ignoraunce.

& her husband heard it and helde hys peace and forbade her not: then al her vowes & boundes wherwith she bound her soule, shall stande.

All vowes and othes that bynde to humble the soule, maye her husbande stablyshe or breake.

but whatsoeuer goeth oute of oure owne mouth, that wyl we do. We wyl do sacryfice, and offre oblacions vnto the Quene of Heauen: lyke as we & our forefathers, our kinges and oure heades haue done in the cities of Iuda, & in the stretes, & feldes of Ierusalem. For then had we plenteousnesse of vytayles, then were we in prosperytie, and no mysfortune came vpon vs.

And Elkanah her husband sayde to her: do what semith the best: tary vntyll thou hast wened hym, onelye the Lorde make good his saying. And so the woman abode, and gaue her sonne sucke, vntyll she wened hym.

Last of all, when we wemen dyd sacryfyce and offred vnto the Quene of heauen, dyd we make her cakes and poure vnto her drynckedofferynges, to do her seruice wythoute oure husbandes wylles.
