his beutye is as fyrsteborne oxe and hys hornes as the hornes of an vnycorne. And wyth them he shal push the nations togyther, euen vnto the endes of the world. These are the many thousandes of Ephraim and the thousandes of Manasses.

God that brought him out of Egipt his strength is as the strengthe of an vnicorne, & he shal eate the nations that are hys enemies & breake theyr bones, and perce them thorowe wyth hys arrowes.

Saue me from the Lyons mouth, & heare me from amonge the hornes of the Vnicornes.

I am the Lorde thy God, which haue brought the out of the lande of Egipte and out of the house of bondage.

But my horne shalbe exalted like the horne of an Vnicorne, & shalbe anoynted wyth fresh oyle.

God is wonderfull in his Sanctuary, he is the God of Israel, he will geue strength and power vnto hys people. Blessed be God.

And he sent menssengers vnto Balam the sonne of Beor, the interpreter which dwelte vpon the riuer of the lande of the children of hys folke, to call hym saying: beholde, there is a people come out of Egypte which couereth the face of the earth and lyeth euen hard by me.

For we haue hearde how the Lorde dried vp the water of the red sea before you, when you came out of Egypte, & what you dyd vnto the two kinges of the Amorytes on the other syde Iordan Sehon, and Og, which ye vtterlye destroyed.

There shall the Vnycornes fall with the Bulles (that is with the gyauntes) and theyr lande shalbe washed wyth bloude, and their grounde corrupte wyth fatnesse.

And when the .iiij. hundred & .xxx. yeres were expyred, euen the selfe same daye departed all the hostes of the Lorde out of the lande of Egypt.

And euen the self same daye dyd the Lorde brynge the chyldren of Israel out of the lande of Egypt wyth their armyes.
