And hys rodde whome I chose, shall blossome: So I wyl make cease from me the grudgynges of the chyldren of Israel whyche they grudge agaynst you.

For which cause both thou and all thy companye are gathered togither agaynst the Lord: for what is Aaron, that ye shoul murmure agaynst him.

Thus wil I make an ende of thy filthinesse and whordome, whiche thou haste broughte oute of the lande of Egipte: so that thou shalt turne thyne eyes no more after them, and cast thy minde no more vpon Egipte.

It wyll come to thys poynte, that Iacob shalbe roted agayne, & Israel shallbe grene, and beare floures, and they shall fyll the whole worlde with theyr frute.

And I will punysh the wickednesse of the worlde, and the synnes of the vngodly, sayeth the Lorde. The hye stomackes of the proude wyl I take awaye, and will laye doune the boastynge of tyrauntes.

After this there shall come a road forth of the kynrede of Iesse, & a blossome oute of his rote.

Therfore lyke as fyre lycketh vp the straw & as the flamme consumeth the stubble: Euen so (when theyr rote is full) theyr blossome shall vanyshe awaye lyke duste or smoke: for they despyse the lawe of the Lorde of Hostes, and blaspheme the worde of the holye maker of Israel.

And the Lorde sayed vnto Moses: bryng Aarons rod agayne before the wytnes to be kepte for a token vnto the chyldren of rebellyon, that theyr murmurynges may cease fro me, that they dye not.

Neyther murmure ye as some of them murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer.

and in the mornyng ye shal se the glorye of the Lorde: because he hath hearde youre grudgynges agaynst the Lorde: for what are we that ye shuld murmure agaynst vs.

And the people complayned & it displeased the eares of the Lorde. And when the lord heard it he was wroth, and the fyre of the Lorde burnt amonge them and consumed the vttermost of the hoste.

And Moses spake vnto the chyldren of Israel, and al the princes gaue him for euery prynce ouer theyr fathers houses, a rod: euen .xij. rods, and the rod of Aaron was among the roddes.

Then sente he Moses his seruaunte, and Aaron, whome he had chosen.

And when the tabernacle goth forth the Leuites shall take it downe: and when the tabernacle is pitched they shal set it vp: for if any straunger come nere, he shal dye.

then say vnto them, how that the water of Iordan deuyded at the presence of the arcke of the appoyntmente of the Lord: euen while it went ouer Iordan, the water of Iordan deuyded. And these stones shalbe a memoryall vnto the chyldren of Israel for euer.

And in his greatnesse hys hert arose, that he was marred: & transgressed against the Lord his God. For he went into the temple of the Lorde to burne cense vpon the aulter of incense.

these soughte the register of their byrth, and founde none, therfore were they put from the priesthode.
