And they remoued from Ezeon gaber, and pitched in the wyldernesse of Sin, whyche is Cades.

And the whole multitude of the chyldren of Israell, came into the deserte of Syn in the fyrste moneth, and the people dwelt at Cades. And ther dyed MirIam, and was buried ther.

For ye were disobedient vnto my mouthe in the deserte of Sin in the stryfe of the congregation that ye sanctified me not in the water before their eyes. That is the water of stryfe in Cades in the wildernes of Zin.

Vpon Damascus, Hemath and Arphad shall come confusion, for they shall heare euill tydinges: they shall be tossed to and fro lyke the sea that can not stande styll.

So they caryed the kynge awaye presoner to Reblath, vnto the kynge of Babylon in the lande of Hemath, where he gaue iudgement vpon hym.

And from mount Hor, ye shal compasse and go vnto Hemath, and the ende of the coste shalbe at Zedada,

And there was no man to helpe, because it was farre from Sydon, and they had no medelynge wyth anye other nacyon. And the cytye stode in the valeye that lye by Bethrehob. And they builte the cytye and dwelt therin.
