And Moses said vnto Hobab the sonne of Raguell the Madianyte, Moses father in lawe: we goo vnto the place of whych the Lord sayd I wyll geue it you. Go with vs & we wyl doo the good, for the Lord hath promysed good vnto Israell.

Iethro the prieste of Madian, Moses father in lawe hearde of al that god had done to Moses & to Israel hys people, how that the Lord had brought Israel out of Egipt.

and am come downe to deliuer them out of the handes of the Egyptians, & to bringe them out of that land vnto a good lande & a large, & vnto a land that floweth with milke & hony: euen vnto the place of the Cananites Hethites, Amorites, Pherezites, Heuites, & of the Iebusites.

And that same daye the Lorde made a couenaunte with Abram sayinge: vnto thy seed wyl I geue this land, from the riuer of Egypt, euen vnto the greate ryuer Euphrates,

for all the Lande whyche thou seest, wyl I gyue vnto the, & to thy sede for euer.

Moreouer I made an appoyntmente wyth them to gyue them the Land of Canaan: the land of theyr pilgrimage wherin thei wer straungers

And Iethro Moses father in lawe offered burnte offerynges and sacrifices vnto God. And Aaron and all the elders of Israell came to eate bread with Moses father in lawe before God.

of thys maner were the iourneies of the children of Israel, with theyr armyes when they remoued.

kepe therefore hys ordinaunces, & his commaundementes which I commaund the this day, that it may go wel with the & with thy children after the, & that thou maist prolong thi dayes vpon the earth which the Lord thy God geueth the thy lyfe long.

and brynge the into the lande which thy fathers possessed, & thou shalt enioye it. And he wyl shewe the kyndnesse and multiplye the aboue thy fathers.

O come let vs prayse the Lord, let vs hertely reioyse in the strength of our saluacion.

A Psalme of praise. O be ioiful in God (al ye landes)

And I wyl geue vnto the and to thy seed after the, the lande where in thou arte a straunger: Euen all the lande of Canaan, for an euerlastynge possession & wyl be their God.

And Moyses was content to dwel with the manne. And he gaue Moyses Zelphora his daughter,
