Also when ye be mery in your feast dayes and in the fyrst dayes of your monethes, ye shall blowe the trompettes ouer your burnt sacryfyces and peaceofferynges, that it maye be a remembraunce of you before your GOD. I am the Lord youre God.

Blowe vp the trompettes in the new mone, vpon our solempne feast daye.

For the Lord hym selfe shall descende from heauen with a shoute, and the voice of the Archangell and trompe of God. And the deade in Christ shall arise fyrste:

and certayne of the priestes chyldren wyth trompettes, namely Zachary the sonne of Ionathan, the sonne of Semeiah, the sonne of Mathaniah, the sonne of Michaiah, the sonne of Zecur, the sonne of Asaph,

And when the buylders layd the foundacion of the temple of the Lorde, the pryestes stode in their aray, with trompettes. And the Leuites the children of Asaph with cymbales, to prayse the Lorde after the maner of Dauid kynge of Israel.

And all the congregacyon bowed themselues, and the syngers sange, and the trompettes blew, and continued vntyll the burntofferyng was fynesshed.

And so the Leuites stode with the instrumentes of Dauid, & the preastes with trompettes.

And when ye shall go to warre in youre lande agaynst your enemyes that wexe you, ye shall trompe with the trompettes and ye shalbe remembred before the Lord your God and saued from youre enemyes.

When he loked on hym he was afraid and said, what is it Lord? He sayed vnto hym: Thy prayers and all thy almeses are come vp into remembraunce before God.

Come vnto me all ye that labour and are laden and I wyll ease you.

Blessed is the people, O Lorde, that can reioyse in the, & walketh in the lyghte of thy countenauce.

And the priestes wayted on theyr offices, and the Leuites with instrumentes of musycke of the Lorde which kinge Dauid made to confesse vnto the Lorde that hys mercye lasteth euer, when Dauid gaue prayse thorowe theyr handes. And the priestes blewe trompettes faste by them: and all Israell stode.

And wyth the sayde Heman and Iduthun were trompettes & soundyng simbales, & instrumentes of the melody of God. And the sonnes of Iduthun were porters.

And al Israel brought the Arcke of the Lordes couenaunt wyth shoutynge and blowynge of hornes, & with trompettes and symbales that sounded, and wyth psalteries and harpes.

And Sacaniah, Iehosaphat, Nathanael, Amasai, Zachariah, Banaiah and Eliezer priestes were blowers wyth trompettes before the Arcke of God. And Obed, Edom and Iahiah were kepers of the dore of the Arcke.

then say vnto them, how that the water of Iordan deuyded at the presence of the arcke of the appoyntmente of the Lord: euen while it went ouer Iordan, the water of Iordan deuyded. And these stones shalbe a memoryall vnto the chyldren of Israel for euer.

And the fyrst day of the .vij. moneth shalbe an holy feast vnto you and ye shall do no laboryous worke therin. It shalbe a day of trompet blowyng vnto you.

speake vnto the chyldren of Israel and saye. The fyrst daye of the seuenth moneth shalbe a reast of rembraunce vnto you, to blowe hornes in an holy feast it shalbe,

And Aaron shal beare the names of the chyldren of Israel in the brestlappe of iudgement vpon hys hert, when he goeth into the holy place for a remembraunce before the Lorde alwaye.

And the spiryte and the bride said: come. And let him that heareth, saye also come. And let hym that is a thyrste, come. And let whosoeuer wyll, take of the water of lyfe, fre.

Wherfore comforte youre selues one another with these wordes.

and that in a momente & in the twinkling of an eye, at the sound of the last trompe. For the trompe shall blowe, and the dead shal rise incorruptible and we shal be chaunged.

Then shall the greate trompette be blowen, so that those whiche haue bene destroyed in the Assyryans lande, and those that be scatred abroad in Egypte: shall come and worshyppe the Lord at Ierusalem, vpon the holy mount.

Prayse hym in the sounde of the trompet, prayse hym vpon the lute and harpe.

And thou shalt take the reconcilynge mony of the children of Israell and shalt put it vnto the vse of the tabernacle of witnesse, and it shall be a memorial of the chyldren of Israell before the Lord, to make an attonement for their soules.

And in the fyrste daye of your moneth, ye shall offer a burnt offerynge vnto the Lorde two yonge bullockes, and a ram, and seuen Lambes of a yere olde wythout spotte,

And Dauid sayde vnto Ionathas: Beholde, to morow is the fyrst daye of the moneth, & I shoulde syt wyth the kynge at meate. But let me go that I may hyde my selfe in the feldes vnto thys daye thre dayes at euen.

And he saide: wherfore wilt thou go to hym to daye, whyle it is nether new mone nor Saboth day. And she sayde: be content.

And seuen priestes shall beare seuen trompettes of rammes hornes before the arcke. And the seuenth daye ye shall compasse the cytye seuen tymes, & the Priestes shall blowe wyth theyr trompettes.

For this is the vse in Israel, and a lawe of the God of Iacob.
