O wo vnto them, that Imagyn to do harme, & deuyse vngracyousnesse vpon their beddes, to perfourme it in the cleare daye: for there power is agaynst God.

These are the perlous weapons of the couetous, these be hys shamefull councels: that he maye begyle the poore with disceatfull workes, yea euen there as he shuld geue sentence with the poore.

There come oute of the soche as Imagin meschefe, & geue vngracious councell agaynst the Lorde.

A good man is acceptable vnto the Lord, but the wicked will he condempne.

And the hye priestes and the scrybes the same houre wente aboute to laye handes on him, but they feared the people. For they perceiued that he had spoken thys similitude against them.

And anone in the daunynge the hye priestes helde a counsel with the elders, and the scribes, and the whole congregacion & bounde Iesus and ledde hym awaye, & delyuered hym to Pilate.

Haman was well content wyth all, and caused a galowes to be prepared.

And Haman sayde vnto kyng Ahasuerus: There is a people scatered abroade & dispersed amonge all people in all the landes of thyne empire, & their lawe is contrary vnto all people, & they do not after the kynges lawes, nether is it the kinges profet to suffre them after this maner.

Tymely in the mornynge do they aryse, to murthur the simple and poore, & in the night they go a stealynge.

They that ymagyn wyckednes, shall be disapoynted: but they that muse vpon good thinges, vnto suche shall happen mercy and faythfulnesse.

Then shall the furyous people ceasse, and the mockers shalbe put awaye, and all they that do wronge shalbe plucked oute,

Ye leane vpon youre sweardes, ye worcke abomynacyon, euery one defyleth hys neghbours wyfe: & shall ye then possesse the lande?

Moreouer, thus sayeth the Lorde God: At the same tyme shall manye thynges come in to thy mynde, so that thou shalt ymagyn myschefe,

The prince also shall take none of the peoples enherytaunce, ner put them from their possessyon: but to his owne sonnes shall he geue hys possessyon, that my people be not scatred abrode, but that euerye man maye haue hys owne.

amonge those that be full of ryches vnryghtuously gotten: where the cyte syns deale with falshede, speake lies, & haue dysceytfull tunges in their mouthes?

Do the widdow, the fatherlesse, the straunger, and poore no wronge: and let no man ymagen euil against his brother in his hert.

Then sayde Iezabel hys wyfe vnto hym: what a goodly kingedome were thou able to make in Israel? vp and eate meate and sette thyne herte a rest, for I wyll geue the, the vineyarde of Naboth the Iezrahelite.

He conceyueth trauayle, he beareth myschefe, and hys bodye bryngeth forth disceate.

Thy mercy, O Lorde, reacheth vnto the heauen, and thy faythfulnesse vnto the cloudes.

The vngodly are froward, euen from their mothers wombe: as soone as they be borne, they go a stray and speake lyes.

The Lorde shall come forth to reason wyth the Senatours and prynces of hys people, and shal saye thus vnto them: It is ye that haue burnt vp my vyneyarde, the robberye of the poore is in your house.

Wo be vnto you that ioyne one house to another, & bring one land so nyghe vnto another, tyll ye can get no more grounde. Wyll ye dwel vpon the earth alone?
