But whosoeuer shall drinke of the water that I shall geue hym, shall neuer be more a thyrste: but the water that I shall geue him, shall be in him a well of water, springinge vp into euerlasting lyfe.

For he satisfied the empty soule, & fylled the hungry soule with good.

Laboure not for the meate which perysheth, but for the meate that endureth vnto euerlasting lyfe, which meate the sonne of man shall geue vnto you. For hym hath God the father sealed.

He fulfilleth the desire of them that feare him, he heareth their crie, and helpeth them.

In the last day, that great daye of the feaste Iesus stode and cried saiynge: If a man thirste, let him come vnto me and drinke.

They shal honger no more neyther thyrste, neyther shal the sunne lyghte on them, neyther anye heate:

Blessed are ye that honger nowe: for ye shalbe satisfyed. Blessed are ye that wepe nowe for ye shall laughe.

For I shall pouer water vpon the drye grounde and ryuers vpon the thurstye. I shall poure my sprete vpon thy sede, and myne encerase vpon thy stocke.

He fylleth the hongry with good thinges, & sendeth away the ryche empty.

Therfore thus saieth the Lorde God: Beholde, my seruauntes shall eate, but ye shall haue honger. Beholde, my seruauntes shall dryncke, but ye shall suffre thurste. Beholde my seruauntes shalbe mery, but ye shalbe confounded.

Blessed is the man whom thou chosest and receauest vnto the, that he may dwell in thy courtes: he shalbe satisfied wyth the pleasures of thy house, euen of thy holy temple.

Moreouer the Lorde of Hostes shall ones prepare a feaste, for all people vpon the hyll: A plenteous, costly, pleasaunt feaste, of fat & wel fede beastes, of swete & most pure thinges.

My soule hath a desyre & longing for the court of the Lord, my hert and my fleshe reioyse in the lyuyng God.

Wo be to you that are full: for ye shal honger. Wo be to you that nowe laugh: for ye shall wayle and wepe.

When the thyrstye & poore seke water and fynde none, and when their tonge is drye of thyrst: I geue it them sayth the Lorde. I the God of Israel forsake them not.

My soule is satisfied euen as it were with mary and fatnesse, when my mouth prayseth the with ioyful lyps.

But as for me, I wil beholde thy presence in righteousnes: and when thy glory appeareth, I shall be satisfied.

Come into my garden O my sister, my spouse: I haue gathered my Myrre with my spyce. I wil eate my hony and my hony combe, I will drinke my wyne and my mylke. Eate, O ye frendes, drynke & be mery, O ye beloued.

For ye shall sucke comforte oute of her brestes, and be satysfyed. Ye shall taste, and haue delite in the plenteousnesse of her power.

The thinge that the vngodly are afrayed of, shall come vpon them, but the rightuous shall haue their desyre.

Who so foloweth ryghtuousnes and mercy, fyndeth both life, ryghtuousnes and honoure.

For I shall fede the hongry soule, & refreshe al faint hertes.
