They sayed vnto hym: he wyll cruellye destroye those euyll persons, and wyll let out hys vyneyarde vnto other husbandmen, which shall delyuer hym the frute at tymes conuenient.

And when they sayde contrary and blasphemed, he shoke his raymente and sayed vnto them, youre bloude vpon youre owne heades, & frome henceforth I go blameles vnto the gentils.

Therfore saye I vnto you the kyngdome of God shalbe taken from you, and shalbe gyuen to the gentyles, whiche shall brynge forth the frutes of it.

Be it knowen therfore vnto you, that this saluation of God is sente to the gentyls, and they shall heare it.

Se that ye despyse not hym, that speaketh. For yf they escaped not whiche refused hym, that spake on earth: muche more shall we not escape, yf we turne awaye from hym that speaketh from heauen:

howe shal we escape, yf we despise so great saluacyon, whyche at the fyrst began to be preached of the Lorde hym selfe, and afterward was confirmed to vswarde, by them that hearde it,

and forbid vs to preache vnto the Gentyls, that they might be saued to fulfyll theyr synnes alwaye. For the wrathe of God is come on them, euen to the vtmost.

And it fortuned that the father of Publius laie sicke of a fieuer and of a blouddy flixe. To whom Paule entred in and prayed, and layed his handes on him, and healed him.

And when there was muche disputynge, Peter rose vp, and sayde vnto them: Ye men and brethren ye knowe howe that a good whyle a go, God chose amonge vs that the gentils by my mouth shoulde heare the worde of the Gospell, and beleue.

which hath also his fan in hys hande, and will purge his floure gather the wheat into his garner, & wyl burne the chaffe with vnquenciable fyre.

And it shal come to passe (saieth the Lord) that in all the land two partes shalbe roted oute, but the thirde parte shall remayne therin

And the land shal bewayle euery kinred by them selues. The kinred of the house of Dauid them selues alone, & their wiues by them selues.

After these .lxii. weakes shall Christ be slaine and they shall haue no pleasure in hym. Then shall there come a people with the Prince, and destroye the cytie and the Sanctuarye: & his ende shall come as the water floude. But the desolacion shall continue till the ende of the battell.

Thou shalt rule them wyth a rodde of yron, and breake them in peces lyke an earthen vessell.

Youre name shal not be sworne by amonge my chosen, for God the Lorde shall slay you, and cal his seruauntes by another name.

And when the tyme of the frute drewe neare, he sente hys seruauntes to the husbandmen to receyue the fruytes of it.

When the Lorde of the vyneyard cometh, what wyll he do with those husbandmen?

He wyll come and destroye those fermers, and wyl let out his vineyarde to other: When they heard that, they sayde: God forbyd.
