They sayed vnto hym: he wyll cruellye destroye those euyll persons, and wyll let out hys vyneyarde vnto other husbandmen, which shall delyuer hym the frute at tymes conuenient.
And when they sayde contrary and blasphemed, he shoke his raymente and sayed vnto them, youre bloude vpon youre owne heades, & frome henceforth I go blameles vnto the gentils.
Se that ye despyse not hym, that speaketh. For yf they escaped not whiche refused hym, that spake on earth: muche more shall we not escape, yf we turne awaye from hym that speaketh from heauen:
howe shal we escape, yf we despise so great saluacyon, whyche at the fyrst began to be preached of the Lorde hym selfe, and afterward was confirmed to vswarde, by them that hearde it,
and forbid vs to preache vnto the Gentyls, that they might be saued to fulfyll theyr synnes alwaye. For the wrathe of God is come on them, euen to the vtmost.

After these .lxii. weakes shall Christ be slaine and they shall haue no pleasure in hym. Then shall there come a people with the Prince, and destroye the cytie and the Sanctuarye: & his ende shall come as the water floude. But the desolacion shall continue till the ende of the battell.
