And as they came doune from the hyll, he charged theym that they shoulde tell no man what they had sene, tyl the sonne of man were rysen from death agayne.

And he charged them straytely that no man shoulde know of it, and commaunded to geue her meate.

For as Ionas was thre dayes and thre nyghtes in the whales bellye: so shall the sonne of man be thre dayes and thre nyghtes in the herte of the earth.

and sayde vnto them: Thus is it written, and thus it behoued Christ to suffer: and to ryse agayne from death the thirde day,

and sayd: Syr, we remembre that this deceyuer sayed whyle he was yet alyue. After thre daies I will aryse agayne.

From that time forth Iesus beganne to shew vnto hys disciples, how that he must go vnto Ierusalem, and suffer many thinges of the elders, and of the hygh priestes, and of the scribes, and must be kylled: and ryse agayne the thyrde daye.

He shall not striue, he shal not cry neither shal any man hear his voice in the stretes,

And Iesus sayde vnto hym. Se thou tell no man, but go and shewe thy selfe to the pryeste, and offer the gyft that Moyses commaunded in witnes to them.

And he commaunded them that they shoulde tell no man. But the more he forbad them, so muche the more a greate deale they published it:

And sodenly, they loked rounde aboute them, and sawe no man more then Iesus only with them.

And they kepte the saying with them, and demaunded one of another, what that rising from death agayn should meane?

And assone as the voyce was paste Iesus was founde alone. And they kept it close and tolde no man in those dayes anye of those thinges which they had sene.
