And then Iames & Iohn the sons of zebede came vnto hym, sayinge: Mayster, we would that thou shouldest do for vs whatsoeuer we desyre.

And after .vi. dayes Iesus toke Peter, Iames and Iohan, and leade them vp into an hye mountayne oute of the waye alone & he was transfigured before them.

And therfore crye now, as loude as thou canst. Leaue not of, lyft vp thy voyce like a trompet, and shewe my people their offences, and the house of Iacob their synnes.

And he sayd vnto me: thou muste prophesye againe amonge the people, and nacyons, and tonges, and to many kynges.

And he went forth from thence, and sawe other two brethren, Iames the sonne of Zebede, and Ihon his brother, in the shippe wyth Zebede their father, mending their nets, and called them.

And he gaue Simon, to name Peter.

and Andrew, and Philip, & Bartelmew, and Mathew, & Thomas, & Iames the sonne of Alphey & Taddeus, & Symon of Cane,

When his disciples Iames and Iohn sawe that, they sayde: Lorde, wilte thou that we commaunde that fyre come doune from heauen and consume them, euen as Helyas dyd?
