Mark 15:23

and they gaue hym to drynke wyne myngled wyth myrre, but he receyued it not.

they gaue hym veneger to drynke mengled with gall. And when he had tasted therof: he woulde not drinke.

The souldiers also mocked him and came and gaue him vineger

For I say vnto you: I wyll not drinke of the frute of the vyne vntyll the kyngdome of God be come.

Verely I saye vnto you: I wyll drinke no more of thys frute of the vyne, vntil that day, that I drinke it newe in the kingdome of God.

And the discyples dyd as Iesus had appoynted them, and made redy the easter lambe.

They gaue me gall to eate, & when I was thurstye, they gaue me vinegar to dryncke.
