And they came out to se what was done: and came to Iesus, and founde the man out of whom the deuyls were departed syttynge at the fete of Iesus, clothed and in his ryghte mynde, and they were afrayed.
He that committeth sinne, is of the deuil, for the deuil sinneth sence the beginninge. For this purpose appered the sonne of God to lowse the workes of the deuil.
I am verely a man which am a Iewe borne in Tharsus, a citie in Cicil: neuerthelesse yet brought vp in thys citie at the fete of Gamaliel, and informed diligentlye in the lawe of the fathers, and was feruent mynded to godwarde, as ye all are this same day,
And as he went out to lande, there mete him a certaine man out of the citie, which had a deuil long time, & ware no clothes, neither abode in anye house: but amonge graues.
Therfore wyll I geue him the multytude for hys parte, and he shall deuyde the stronge spoyle because he shall geue ouer hys soule to death, & shalbe rekened amonge the transgressours, which neuertheles shall take away the sinnes of the multytude, and make intercessyon for the mysdoers.
And his fame sprede abrode through out all Siria. And they brought vnto him all sycke people that were taken with diuers diseases & gripinges, and them that were possessed with deuils and those which were lunatike, & those that had the palsie: & he healed them,
