And the Lorde sayde to hym: Now do ye pharyses make cleane the outsyde of the cup, and of the platter: but your inward parties are full of rauenyng and wickednes.

And the Lorde sayd: Yf there be any faithful seruaunte and wyse, whom hys Lorde shall make ruler ouer hys housholde, to geue them theyr dutye of meate at due season:

Then aunswered hym the Lorde, and said: Hypocryte, doth not eache one of you on the saboth daye, lowse hys oxe or hys asse from the stall, and leade hym to the water

And the Apostles sayed vnto the Lorde: encrease oure fayth.

And the Lorde sayde: yf ye had fayth lyke a grayne of mustarde seede, and shoulde say vnto thys sycamine tree, plucke thy selfe vp by the rootes, and plante thy selfe in the sea: he should obeye you.

And the Lord sayed: heare what the vnrightuous iudge sayeth.

How be it ther came other shyppes from Tiberias nye vnto the place wher they eate bread when the Lorde hath blessed.

It was that Marye whiche annoynted Iesus with oyntment and wyped hys fete with her heyre, whose brother Lazarus was sicke,
