And it furtuned in those dayes that he went out into a mountaine for to praye, and contynued all night in prayer to God.

My soule lusteth after the all the nyght longe, and my mynde hasteth frely to the. For as soone as thy iudgemente is knowne to the worlde, then the inhabytours of the earth learne rightuousnesse.

When he sawe the people, he went vp into a mountaine, and when he was set his disciples came to him,

And he wente vp into a mountayne, and called vnto hym whome he woulde, and they came vnto hym.

And he kepte him selfe aparte in the wyldernesse, and gaue him selfe to prayer.

And thei were fylled full of madnes, and communed one with another, what they might do to Iesus.

And he came doune with them & stode in the playne fyelde with the companye of hys discyples, and a great multytude of people out of all partyes of Iurye and Ierusalem & from the sea coste of Tyre and Sydon, which came to heare hym, and to be healed of their disceases,

And it fortuned as he was alone praiynge: his disciples were with him, and he axed them saiyng: Who saye the people that I am?

And it folowed about an .viij. dayes after those saiynge: that he toke Peter, Iames, and Iohn, and went vp into a mountaine to pray.

And as he prayed, the fashion of his countenaunce was chaunged, and his garment was white and shone.

And Iesus went vp into a mountayne, and there he sate with his disciples.
