and so was Iames and Iohn the sonnes of Zebede, which were parteners with Symon. And Iesus sayed vnto Simon: feare not, from hence forth thou shalt catche men.
but they made sygnes to their fellowes which were in the other shyp that they shoulde come and helpe them. And they came and fylled both the shyppes that they sonke againe.
The greate confydence whiche I haue in you hath caused me thus to do, partely for Tytus sake, whiche is my felowe and helper as concernynge you, partely because of other which are oure brethren, and the messengers of the congregacyons, and the glorye of Christe.
And he went forth from thence, and sawe other two brethren, Iames the sonne of Zebede, and Ihon his brother, in the shippe wyth Zebede their father, mending their nets, and called them.
Ther were together Symon Peter and Thomas, whyche is called Didimus, and Nathaniell of Cana a cytie of Galile, and the sonnes of Zebedei, and two other of the disciples.
