And after that I saw another angel come from heauen, hauinge greate power, & the earth was lightened wt his brighnes.

For there stode by me this nyght the aungell of God. Whose I am, and whom I serue,

that the priestes coulde not endure to mynyster because of the cloud, for the glorye of the Lorde had filled the house of the Lorde.

But the Aungell of the Lorde by nyght opened the prison dores, and broughte them forth, & sayed:

Such thynges said Esayas when he sawe hys glorye, and spake of hym.

And it happened, as they were amased thereat. Behold two men stode by them in shinninge vestures.

and in the mornyng ye shal se the glorye of the Lorde: because he hath hearde youre grudgynges agaynst the Lorde: for what are we that ye shuld murmure agaynst vs.

And I sawe a great whyte seate and hym that sate on it, from whose face fled away bothe the earthe & heauen, & theyr place was no more founde.

euen so terryble was the syght which appeared, Moyses sayde: I feare and quake.

And wythout naye greate is that mysterye of godlynes: God was shewed in the fleshe, was iustified in the spirite, was sene of aungels, was preached vnto the gentils, was beleued on in earth and receyued vp in glory.

For it is God that commaunded the lighte to shyne out of darknes, whiche hath shyned in oure hertes, for to geue the lyghte of the knoweledge of the glorye of God, in the face of Iesus Christe.

And beholde the aungell of the lorde was there presente, and a light shyned in the lodge. And he smote Peter on the syde, and stered hym vp, saiyng: aryse vp quickly. And hys chaynes fell of from hys handes.

And the aungel wente in vnto her, & sayde Hayle full of grace, the Lorde is with the: blessed art thou amonge women.

While he thus thought, behold the Aungel of the Lord appered vnto him in a dreame, sainge: Ioseph thou sonne of Dauid. fear not to take vnto the Mary thy wife. For that which is conceyued in her is of the holye Ghost.

So when I had rysen vp, and gone forth in to the felde: Beholde, the glory of the Lord stode there, lyke as I saw it afore, by the water of Cobar. Then fell I downe vpon my face,

For the glory of the Lorde shall apeare, & all flesh shall se it, for why, the mouth of the Lorde hath spoken it.

She shall floryshe pleasauntlye, & be ioyfull, & euer be geuyng of thanckes more and more. For the glory of Libanus, the bewty of Charmel and Saron shalbe geuen her. These shall knowe the honour of the Lorde, and the magestie of oure God.

And as Aaron spake vnto the hole multitude of the chyldren of Israel, they loked toward the wyldernesse: & behold, the glorye of the Lord apeared in a clowde.

And there were in the same region shepherdes abydinge in the fyelde, and watchinge theyr flocke by night.
