For I came doune from heauen: not to do myne owne wyll, but his wyll which hath sent me.

and he that sente me, is with me. The father hath not left me alone, for I do alwayes those thynges, that please him.

Beholde, I wil sende my messaunger, which shall prepare the way before me: & the Lord whome, ye woulde haue, shall sone come to hys temple, yea, euen the messenger of the couenaunt, whome ye longe for. Beholde he commeth, sayeth the Lord of hostes

Iesus saied to them: my meate is to do the wil of him that sent me. And to fynishe his workes.

that I shoulde fulfyl thy wyl O my God, and that am I content to do: yea thy lawe is wythin my hert.

And when they sawe him, they were astonyed. And his mother sayde vnto him: sonne, why hast thou thus dealt with vs? Beholde thy father and I haue sought the, sorowing.

And Iesus answered them: my father worketh hither to & I worke.

And Iesus wente into the temple of God, and caste out all them that soulde and bought in the temple, & ouerthrewe the tables of the money chaungers, & the seates of them that solde doues,

I must work the workes of hym that sente me, whyle it is daye. The nyghte cometh, when no man can worke.

But I haue greater witnes then the witnes of Iohn. For the workes which the father hath geuen me to fynyshe the same workes which I do, beare witnes of me that the father sent me.
