And the Lorde sayde: yf ye had fayth lyke a grayne of mustarde seede, and shoulde say vnto thys sycamine tree, plucke thy selfe vp by the rootes, and plante thy selfe in the sea: he should obeye you.
Iesus sayd vnto them: Because of your vnbelefe. For I saye verely vnto you: if ye hadde faith as a grayn of a mustard seede, ye should say vnto thys mountayne, remoue hence too yonder place, and it shoulde remoue, neyther shoulde any thyng be impossible for you too do.
Iesus answered, and sayd vnto them: Verelye I say vnto you: if ye shal haue fayth, and shall not dout ye shall not onely do that which I haue done to the fygge tree but also yf ye shall saye vnto thys mountayne, take thy selfe awaye and cast thy selfe into the sea it shall be done.
It is lyke a grayne of mustarde seede, whiche a man toke and sowed in hys garden: & it grew and wexed a greate tree, and the foules of the ayre made nestes in the braunches of it.
And though I could prophecye, and vnderstande all secretes, and all knowledge: yea, yf I had all fayth so that I coulde moue mountaines out of theyr places, and yet had no loue, I were nothing.
Who is it of you, yf he had a seruaunt plowyng or fedynge catell, that woulde say vnto hym when he were come from the fielde. Go quickly, and sit doune to meate,
