And the Pharises & Scribes murmured saiyng. He receyued to hys company synners, and eateth with them.

What man of you hauynge an hundred shepe, yf he loose one of them, doth not leaue nynty and nyne in the wildernes, and go after that which is lost vntyl he fynde hym?

As for vs, we go all astraye (lyke shepe) euery one turneth hys owne waye. But thorow hym, the Lorde pardoneth all oure synnes.

yea and my selfe wyl reioyse with Ierusalem, and be glad with my people: And the voyce of wepynge and waylinge shall not be heard in her from thenceforth.

Go, and learne, what that meaneth: I haue pleasure in mercye, & not in offerynge. For I am not come to cal the ryghtuouse but the synners to repentaunce.

But go rather to the lost shepe of the house of Israel.

And he spake many thinges to them in symilitudes, saying, beholde, the sower went forth to sowe.

He saied to him again the seconde tyme? Simon Ioanna, louest thou me? He saied vnto him: yea Lorde thou knowest that I loue the. He saied vnto him: fede me shepe:

And when they hearde it, they glorifyed the Lorde, and sayed vnto hym: thou seest brother, howe manye thousande Iewes there are that beleue, & they are all zelous ouer the lawe.
