And they coulde not aunswere hym agayne to that.
And after that durst they not axe him any question at all.
And they could not resist the wysdome, and the spyryte wt whyche he spake.
For I wyll geue you a mouthe and wisdome, where against all youre aduersaries shall not be able to speake nor resyste.
And they coulde not reproue his saiynge before the people. But they maruayled at hys aunswere, and helde theyr peace.
And when he thus sayde, al hys aduersaryes were ashamed, and all the people reioysed on all the excellent dedes, that were done by hym.
And none coulde aunswere hym agayne one worde, neyther durste any from that daye forth axe him any more question.
