so that ye shall haue ynoughe to eate, and be satisfyed, and prayse the name of the Lorde youre God, that so meruelouslye hath dealte wyth you. And my people shal neuer be confounded anye more.

For the scripture sayth whosoeuer beleueth on hym, shall not be ashamed.

Feare not, for thou shalte not be confounded: Be not ashamed, for thou shalt not come to confusyon. Yea thou shalt forget the shame of thy youth, and shalt not remembre the dyshonoure of thy wedowheade.

O Lorde, thou arte my God, I wil praise the, & magnifie thy name. For thou bryngest maruelous thinges to passe, accordinge to thyne olde councels, truly & stedfastly.

O how prosperous & goodlye a thinge shall that be? The corne shall make the yong men chearefull, and the newe wyne the maydens.

Charge them that are ryche in this worlde shal they be not exceadyng wyse, and that they truste not in the vncertayne ryches, but in the lyuyng God, which geueth vs aboundauntly al thynges to enioy them,

Wherfore do ye laye oute youre moneye, for the thing that fedeth not, and spende youre laboure aboute the thynge that satisfyed you not. But herken rather vnto me, & ye shall eate of the beste, & youre soule shall haue her pleasure in plentuousnes.

Come into my garden O my sister, my spouse: I haue gathered my Myrre with my spyce. I wil eate my hony and my hony combe, I will drinke my wyne and my mylke. Eate, O ye frendes, drynke & be mery, O ye beloued.

Turne agayne then vnto thy rest, O my soule, for the Lord hath geuen the thy desire.

Whiche satisfeth thy desyre wyth good thynges, makyng the yonge and lusty as an Aegle.

Blessed be the Lorde God, euen the God of Israell, whiche onely doeth wonderous thinges.

They shall not be confounded in the perlous tyme, and in the daies of derth thei shal haue ynough.

I will singe of the Lorde, that dealeth so louingly with me. (Yea, I wil prayse the name of the Lorde the moost hyest.)

And they wanne theyr stronge cytyes, & a fat lande, and toke possession of houses that were ful of al maner goodes, welles digged oute, vyneyardes, oylegardens, and manye frutefull trees: & they ate & were fylled, & became fat, and lyued in welthe thorow thy great goodnesse.

but thou muste eate them before the Lorde thy God, in the place whych the Lorde thy God hath chosen: both thou, thy sonne, & thy daughter, thy seruaunt & thy mayde, & the Leuite that is wythin thy gates: & thou shalte reioyce before the Lorde thy God, in al that thou puttest thine hande to.

And ye shall reioyce before the Lord your God, boeth ye youre sonnes & youre daughters, youre seruauntes and youre maydes, and the Leuite that is within in your gates for he hath neither part nor enheritaunce with you.

When thou haste eaten thereof and fylled thy selfe, then blesse the Lord for the good land which he hath geuen the.

And when I haue broken the staffe of your bread: that .x. wyues shall bake your breade in one ouen and men shall deliuer you youre bread agayne by wayght, then shall ye eate and not be satisfied.

Thou shalt eate, & not haue ynough: yee thou shalt bringe thy selfe downe. Thou shalt fle, but not escape: and those that thou woldest saue, wyll I delyuer to the swerde.

And he wyl sende grasse in thy feldes for thi cattel: & thou shalt eate and fyll thy selfe.

Let the people prayse the, O God, let al people prayse the.

And the land shal giue hyr frute, and ye shall eate your fyll & dwell therin in safety.
