Knoweledge youre fautes one to another; and praye one for another, that ye maye be healed. The prayer of a ryghtuous man auayleth muche yf it be feruente.

The Lorde is farre from the vngodly, but he heareth the praier of the rightuous.

And whatsoeuer ye shall axe in prayer (yf ye beleue) ye shall receyue it.

For we be sure that God heareth not synners. But yf any man be a worshypper of God, and do hys wyl, hym heareth he.

For the eyes of the Lorde are ouer the righteous, and his eares are open vnto theyr prayers.

which hys owne selfe bare oure synnes in hys body on the tree, that we shoulde be delyuered from synne, and shoulde lyue in ryghtuousnes. By whose strypes ye were healed.

thou hast cryed vnto me, and I haue hearde the: I haue shewed greate and hye thinges, whiche were vnknowen vnto you.

and whatsoeuer we are, we shall receiue of him, because we kepe his commaundementes, and do these thinges, which are pleasyng in hys sight.

The Lorde aborreth the sacryfyce of the vngodlye, but the prayer of the rightuous is acceptable vnto hym.

And many that beleued, came and confessed, and shewed their workes.

Therfore take .vij. oxen & .vij. rammes, and go to my seruaunte Iob: offre vp also for your selues a brentofferynge: & let my seruaunte Iob praye for you. Hym wyll I accepte, & not deale with you after youre folishnesse: in that ye haue not spoken the thynge whiche is right, like as my seruaunt Iob hath done.

And so Abraham prayd vnto God, & god healed Abimelech and his wyfe and his maydens, so that they bare chyldren.

He that turneth away his eare from hearing the lawe, his prayer shalbe abhorred.

And the Lorde heard Hezekiah and healed the people.

And the people cryed vnto Moses, and he made intercessyon vnto the Lord & the fyre quenched.

& se that ye haue strayght steppes vnto your fete, least any halting, turne you oute of the way: yea let it rather be healed.

& were baptised of him in Iorden, confessing their sinnes.

Praye for vs. We haue confydence because we haue a good conscience in all thynges, and desyre to lyue honestlye.

By faythe Noe honoured God, after that he was warned of thynges whiche were not sene, and prepared the arcke to the sauynge of hys housholde, thorow the whiche arcke, he condemned the worlde, and became heyre of the rightuousnes that commeth by faythe.

For as by one mans disobedience many became synners: so by the obedience of one, shall manye be made ryghtuouse.

And the kyng aunswered and sayd vnto the man of God: Oh pray vnto the Lorde thy God, & make intercession for me, that my hand maye be restored me agayne. And the man of God besought the Lord and hys hande came to hym agayne as well as before.

And he said: thou shalt be called Iacob no more, but Israel. For thou hast wresteled with God and hast preuayled.

Nowe therfore delyuer the man his wyfe agayne, for he is a Prophete. And let him pray for the that thou mayst lyue. But and yf thou delyuer her not agayn, be sure that thou shalt dye the deth, wyth al that thou hast.

And when Samuel called vnto the Lorde, the Lorde sent thunder & rayne the same daye. And all the people feared the Lord and Samuel excedynglye.

And when Moses helde vp his hande, Israel had the better. And when he lete hys hande doune, Amelech had the better.

And Moses went out of the city from Pharao, and spread abrode hys handes vnto the Lord, and the thunder and hayle ceased, neither rayned it any more vpon the earth,

The very God of peace sanctifye you thorowout. And I praye God that your whole spyryte, soule and bodye, be kept faultles vnto the comming of oure Lorde Iesus Christe.

For this cause we also, sence the daye we heard of it, haue not ceased prayeng for you, and desiring that ye myght be fulfilled with the knowledge of his will, in all wysdome, and spiritual vnderstandinge,

And they went out, and went through the tounes, preachyng the gospell: and healynge euerye wher.

and saide vnto him: let not my Lord impute wickednesse vnto me, no: let him not remember the wickednesse that thy seruaunt dyd, when my Lorde the kynge departed out of Ierusalem that the kynge should take it to herte.

is it not now wheteheruest. And yet for al that, I wyl call vnto the Lorde, and he shall sende thunder and rayne. Wherby perceyue and vnderstand how that your wyckednes is great which ye haue done in the syght of the Lorde in askyng you a Kynge.

and sayde vnto Ieremye the Prophet: O heare our peticion, that thou mayest pray for vs vnto the Lord thy God, and for the remnaunt, whereof there be very few left of manye, as thou seyst vs,

And all the lande of Iury and they of Ierusalem wente out vnto him, & were all baptysed of hym in the riuer Iordan: confessyng theyr synnes.

Then aunswered Simon, and said: praye ye to the Lord for me, that none of these thinges, which ye haue spoken fal on me.

And as she continued prayinge before the Lorde, Eli marked her mouth.
