His mouth is ful of cursyng, fraude & disceate vnder hys tonge is trauayle and sorowe.

Their deuyce is only how to put hym out, their delite is in lyes: they geue good wordes wyth their mouth, but curse wyth the herte. Selah.

For the synne of their mouth, for the wordes of their lyppes, & because of their pryde, let them be taken: and why? their preachyng is of cursing and lyes.

Therfor thus sayth the Lord: For so much as thys people draweth nye me with theyr mouthe, and prayseth me hyghlye wyth theyr lyppes (where as theyr herte neuerthelesse is farre from me, & the feare which they owe vnto me, that turne they to mens lawes and doctrynes)

for thyne owne herte knoweth, that thou thy selfe also hast ofte tymes spoken euell by other men.

A songe of Psalme of Dauid. O God, my herte is ready to synge, and to geue prayse. Awake, O my glorye,

My tongue talketh of thy righteousnesse all the daye longe, for they are confounded and brought vnto shame, that soughte to do me euell.

As longe as I lyue wyll I magnyfye the and lyft vp my handes in thy name.

Awake, O my glorye, awake lute and harpe, I my selfe wil awake ryght early.

Deliuer me from bloude giltinesse, O God, thou that art the God of my health, that my tonge may prayse thy righteousnesse.

And as for my tonge, it shalbe talkyng of thy righteousnes and of thy prayse, all the day longe.

Of Dauid, when he fayned hym self too be madde before Abimelech: whyche droue hym awaye, and he departed. I wyll alwaye geue thanckes vnto the LORD, hys prayse shall euer be in my mouth.

That mine honoure myght synge praises vnto the without ceasyng: O Lord my God, I wil geue thankes vnto the for euer.

Therfore dyd my hert reioyce, & my tunge was glad, my flesh also shal rest in hope.

And Dauid sayde to all the congregacion: blesse the Lorde youre God. And all the congregacyon blessed the Lorde God of theyr fathers, & stouped & bowed them selues vnto the Lorde, & to the Kynge.

And Dauid blessed the Lorde before all the congregacyon and sayde: Blessed arte thou Lorde God of Israel oure father, from euer and for euer.

And when Kynge Dauid came to Baharim: beholde, thence came out a man of the kinrede of the house of Saul named Semei, the sonne of Gera, and he came out cursyng.

And they went out into the feldes, & gathered in theyr grapes & troade them, & made mery: and went into the house of theyr God, & dyd eate & dryncke & cursed Abimelech.

Blessed be God the father of oure Lorde Iesus Christe, which hath blessed vs wyth all maner of spyrytuall blessynges in heauenlye thynges by Christe,

My mouth shall speake the prayse of the Lord, and let all flesh geue thankes vnto his holy name for euer and euer. Prayse the euerlastynge.

A prayse of Dauid. I wyll magnifie the, O God my kyng, I wil prayse thy name for euer & euer.

Blessed be God the father of oure Lorde Iesus Christe, whiche thorowe his aboundaunt mercye begat vs agayne vnto lyuely hope by the resurreccyon of Iesus Christe from death,

Pure deuocyon and vndefyled before God the father is thys: to visite the fatherlesse and wyddowes in theyr aduersitye, and to kepe hym selfe vnspotted of the worlde.

Out of one mouth proceadeth blessynge and curssynge. My brethren these thynges ought not so to be.
