for in many thinges we synne all. Yf a man synne not in worde, the same is a perfect man and able to tame al the bodye.

Yf anye man amonge you seme deuoute, & refrayne not his tonge, but deceyue his owne hert: thys mannes deuocyon is in vayne.

He that kepeth his mouth, kepeth his lyfe: but who so speaketh vnaduised findeth harme.

If anye man longe after lyfe, and loueth to se good dayes, let him refrayne his tonge from euil, & his lippes that they speake not gyle.

For thy wordes thou shalt be iustified: & by thy wordes thou shalt be condemned.

Let hym refrayne his tonge from euell, & hys lyppes that they speake no gyle.

Who can saye: my herte is cleane, I am innocent from sinne?

for there is not one iuste vpon earth, that doth good, and synneth not.

as it is wrytten: There is none righteous, no not one:

and let pacyence haue her perfect worke, that ye maye be perfecte and sounde, lackynge nothynge.

And finally when they shall haue synned agaynst the (for there is no man that synneth not) & thou art angrye with them and hast delyuered them to their enemyes, that they be caryed awaye prysoners vnto the land of theyr enemyes, whether ferre or neare,

Whosoeuer shall kepe the whole lawe, and yet fayle in one point he is gyltye in all.

We are al as vncleane thinge, and all oure ryghteousnesses are as the clothes defyled with the floures of a woman: we fall euerychone as the leafe, for oure synnes carye vs awaie like the winde.

but I tame my bodye and bringe it into subieccion, leste after that I haue preached to other, I my selfe should be a cast away.

make you perfecte in all good workes, to do hys wyl, workynge in you that whiche is pleasaunte in hys syghte thorowe Iesus Christe. To whom be prayse for euer whyle the worlde endureth. Amen.

Epaphras the seruaunte of Christe, which is one of you, saluteth you, and alwaies laboureth feruentlye for you in prayers, that ye maye stande perfecte and full in all that is the wyll of God.

whome we preache, warning all men and teachinge all men in all wisdom, to make all men perfect in Christ Iesu.

But the scrypture concluded all thynges vnder synne that the promes by the fayth of Iesus Christe shoulde be geuen vnto them that beleue.

I fynde then by the lawe that when I woulde do good, euyll is present with me.

If they shall synne agaynste the (as there is no man but that he shall synne) & thou be angrye wyth them, and delyuer them to their enemyes, and they layde them away captyue vnto a lande ferre or neare,

For the flesh lusteth contrarye to the spirite, and the spirite contrarye to the fleshe. These are contrarye one to the other, so that ye cannot do that which ye would.

Where much babling is, ther must nedes be offence: he that refraineth his lippes is wisest of all.

Who so kepeth his mouth and his tong, the same kepeth hys soule from troubles.

let the Preast se it. If there appeare in theyr flesh a glysteryng whyte somwhat blackesh then it is but frekels growen vp in the skinne: and he is cleane.

that thy mynde is so puft vp against God & lettest such wordes go out of thy mouth?
