Then shal the chyldren of Iuda & the children of Israel be gathered together again, & chose them selues one heade, and then depart oute of the lande: for great shalbe the daye of Israel.
But afterwarde shall the children of Israell conuerte, and seke the Lorde their God: and Dauid their kinge: & in the latter dayes, they shall worshyppe the Lorde, and hys louynge kindnesse.
But thys shall be the couenaunte that I wyll make with the house of Israel after those dayes, sayeth the Lorde: I wyll plante my lawe in the inwarde partes of them, & wryte it in theyr hertes, and wilbe theyr God, and they shalbe my people.
and wil bringe Israel agayne to hys pleasaunte pasture, that he maye fede vpon Charmel and Basan, and be satisfyed vpon the mounte of Ephraim & Galaad.
For lo, the time commeth (sayth the Lorde) that I wyl brynge agayne the presonners of my people of Israel and Iuda, sayeth the Lord: For I wyl restore them vnto the lande, that I gaue to theyr fathers, and they shall haue it in possessyon.
Alas for this daye, whiche is so dredefull, that none maye be lykened vnto it: and alas for the tyme of Iacobs trouble, from the whiche he shall yet be delyuered.
A captayne also shall come of them, and a prince shall sprynge oute from the myddest of them: hym wyll I chalenge to my self, and he shall come vnto me. For what is he, that geueth ouer hys herte to come vnto me, sayth the Lorde.
Beholde, I wyll gather them together from all landes, wherin I haue scatred them in my wrath, in my fearfull, and greate displeasure: and wyll brynge them agayne vnto this place, where they shal dwell safely.
Therfore thus sayeth the Lorde God: Now wyll I brynge agayne the captiues of Iacob and haue mercy vpon the whole house of Israell, and be gelous for my holy names sake.
