For I knowe and am ful certifyed in the Lorde Iesus, that there is nothynge comen of it selfe, but vnto hym that iudgeth it to be commen: to hym is it comen.
Notwithstandynge thou mayest kyl and eate flesh in all thy cytyes, whatsoeuer thy soule lusteth after, accordyng to the blessyng of the Lord thy God whych he hath geuen the, both the vncleane and the cleane mayste thou eate, euen as the roo and the hert:
Let no man therfore trouble youre consciences aboute meate and drincke, or for a peace of an holye daye, as the holy daye of the new mone, or of the Saboth dayes,
Destroye not the worke of God for a lytell meates sake. All thynges are pure: but it is euyll for that man, whiche eateth with hurte of hys conscience.
The feare also & dreade of you be vpon all beastes of the earthe, and vppon all foules of the ayre, & vpon al that crepeth on the earth, and vpon all fyshes of the sea, whych are geuen vnto your handes.
