And the Lorde said vnto Noe: Go in to the arcke bothe thou and all thy houshold. For the haue I sene ryghteous before me in this generacyon.

These are the generacions of Noe. Noe was a ryghteous man & vncorrupte in hys tyme, & walked wt God.

By faythe Noe honoured God, after that he was warned of thynges whiche were not sene, and prepared the arcke to the sauynge of hys housholde, thorow the whiche arcke, he condemned the worlde, and became heyre of the rightuousnes that commeth by faythe.

And the selfe same daye went Noe, Sem, Ham & Iapheth, Noes sonnes, & Noes wyf & the .iij. wyues of hys sonnes with them in to the arcke:

which were in tyme passed disobedient, when the longe sufferinge of God abode excedinge paciently in the dayes of Noe, whyle the arcke was a preparing wherin fewe (that is to saie .viij. soules) were saued by water,

For the promyse was made vnto you and to your chyldren, & to all that are a farre, euen as manye as the Lorde oure God shall call.

As it happened in the tyme of Noe: So shal it be in the tyme of the sonne of man.

yea or the daye of the Lordes sore dyspleasure come vpon you. Seke the Lorde all ye meke herted vpon earth, ye that worcke after hys iudgemente, seke ryghtuousnesse: seke lowlynesse, that ye maye be defended in the wrothfull daye of the Lorde.

The feare of the Lord in a strong hold for vnto his he wyl be a sure defence,

and Noe went and hys sonnes and his wyfe & his sonnes wyues wt him, into the arcke from the water of the floud.

The name of the Lord is a strong castel, the righteous flieth vnto it, and shalbe saued.

He that leadeth an innocente lyfe, walketh surelye: but who so goeth a wrong way, shalbe knowne,

Both were perfect before God, and walked in al the lawes and ordinaunces of the Lorde, that no man coulde fynde faute with them.

But was pure vnto him ward, & kept my self from wyckednesse.

And thoughe Noe, Daniel & Iob these thre men were amonge them, yet shal they in their rightuousnesse delyuer but theyr owne soules, sayeth the Lorde God.

But I wyl make myne apoyntement wt the, that both thou shalt come into the arcke and thy sonnes, thy wyfe & thy sonnes wyues wt the.
