These are the generacions of Noe. Noe was a ryghteous man & vncorrupte in hys tyme, & walked wt God.

Both were perfect before God, and walked in al the lawes and ordinaunces of the Lorde, that no man coulde fynde faute with them.

These are the generacions of heauen and erth when they were created, in the tyme when the Lord God created heauen & erth

And beholde ther was a man in Hierusalem whose name was Symeon. And the same man was iuste and feared God, and longed for the consolacion of Israel and the holye ghost was in him.

Beholde, who so wyll not beleue, hys soule shall not prospere: but the iuste shall lyue by hys fayth.

The path of the ryghtuous shyneth as the lyghte, and is euer brighter and brighter vnto the perfecte daye.

Kepe innocency, and take hede vnto the thynge that is ryghte, for that shall brynge a man peace at the last.

These are the generations, of the sonnes of Noe: of Sem Ham, and Iapheth, which begat them children after the floude.

This is the boke of the generacion of man. In the daye when God created man & made hym after the similitude of God.

And Noe begat .iij. sonnes: Sem, Ham, & Iapheth.

be pure therfore wyth the Lorde thy God.

But was pure vnto him ward, & kept my self from wyckednesse.

The helpe of the righteous commeth of the Lorde, he is their strength in the tyme of trouble.
