And God sayd vnto hym: I am God almighty, growe & multiplye: for people and a multitude of people shall sprynge of the, yea & kinges shal come out of thy loynes.
And God blessed them, & God sayde vnto them: Growe and multiplye & fyl the erth, & subdue it, & haue dominion ouer the fyshes of the sea, and ouer the foules of the ayre, and ouer al the beastes that moue on the erth.
And God almightye geue you mercy in the syghte of the man and send you youre other brother and also BenIamin, and I wylbe as a man robbed of his chyldren.
The song of the steares. Except the Lord buylde the house, their laboure is but loste that buylde it. Except the Lord kepe the cytye, the watchman waketh but in vayne.
And as concernynge Ismaell also, I haue herde thy request: loo, I wyll blesse hym and encrease hym, and multiplye hym excedyngly. Twelue princes shall he begette and I wyl make a greate nacion of hym.
& wyl multiply thy sede as the stars of heauen, & will gyue vnto thy sede al these contries. And thorow thi sede shal all the nacions of the earth be blessed,
And the Lorde appeared vnto hym the same nyght, & sayd: I am the God of Abraham thy father, feare not for I am wyth the, and wyll blesse the, and multiply thy sede for my seruaunt Abrahams sake.
And Isaac was greatly astonied oute of measure, & sayed. Where is he then that hath hunted venison and brought it me, & I haue eaten of all before thou camest, & haue blessed hym, & he shall be blessed styll.
and sayd vnto me: beholde, I wyl make the growe and wyl multiplye the, and wyll make a great nombre of people of the, and wyl geue this lande vnto the & vnto thy seed after the vnto an euerlastyng possession.
Thy fathers God shall helpe the, & the almyghtie shal blesse the wt blessynges from heauen aboue, and wyth blessynges of the water that lieth vnder, & with blessynges of the brestes and of the wombe.
