And I wyl geue vnto the and to thy seed after the, the lande where in thou arte a straunger: Euen all the lande of Canaan, for an euerlastynge possession & wyl be their God.
And I wyl take you for my people and wil be to you a God. And ye shall know that I am the Lorde your God, whyche bryng you out from vnder the burdens of the Egyptians.
For to make the a people vnto him selfe, & that he maye be vnto the a God, as he hath sayde vnto the & he hath sworne vnto thy fathers Abraham, Isaac and Iacob.
For thou art an holy people vnto the Lord thy God, and the lord hathe chosen the to be a seuerall people vnto hym selfe, of all the nations that are vpon the earth.
and giue the the blessing of Abraham: both to the, and to thy sede with the, that thou mayst possesse the Lande (wherein thou arte a straunger) whych God gaue vnto Abraham
And is not myne house so with God? in that he hath made wyth me an euerlastyng couenaunt perfecte in all poyntes: and in that he shall fulfyll all that is healthe some vnto me, and all my desyres therto.
When the most hyghest gaue the nations an enheritaunce, & deuided the sonnes of Adam, he put the borders of the nations, fast by the multitude of the children of Israell.
& he shall haue it and hys sede after him, euen the couenaunt of the priestes office for euer, bycause he was gelous for his Goddes sake & made an atonement for the children of Israel.
and sayd vnto me: beholde, I wyl make the growe and wyl multiplye the, and wyll make a great nombre of people of the, and wyl geue this lande vnto the & vnto thy seed after the vnto an euerlastyng possession.
And for thys cause is: he the medyatour of the new testament, that thorowe death whiche chaunsed for the redempcyon of those transgressyons that were in the fyrst testament, they whiche were called myght receyue the promes of eternall inherytaunce.
And thys shalbe an euerlastyng ordynaunce vnto you to make an attonement for the chyldren of Israel for al their synnes once a yere: and it was done euen as the Lord commaunded Moses.
Then let his master bring him vnto the Goddes and sette hym to the doore or the dorepost & bore his eare thorow with a naule and let hym be his seruaunte for euer.
and he gaue him none inheritaunce in it, no not the bredeth of a fote: but promised that he would geue it to hym to possesse, and to his seed after him, when as yet he had no chylde.
And the Lorde appeared vnto hym the same nyght, & sayd: I am the God of Abraham thy father, feare not for I am wyth the, and wyll blesse the, and multiply thy sede for my seruaunt Abrahams sake.
for theyr rychesse was so much, that they could not dwel togyther, & that the lande wherin they were straungers, could not receiue them: bicause of theyr cattell.
Remember Abraham, Isaac and Israel thy seruauntes, to whom thou sworest by thyne owne selfe & saidest vnto them. I wyll multiplye youre seed as the starres of heauen, and all thys lande which I haue sayd, I wyll geue vnto youre seede: and they shal enheret it for euer
It is not for thy ryghtuousnes sake & right hert that thou goest to possesse their land: But partely for the wickednesse of these nations, the Lorde thy God doeth caste them before the, and partelye to perfourme that whyche the Lorde thy God sware vnto thy fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Iacob.
He sayde: turne agayne euery man from hys euell waye, & from your wicked ymaginacions, and so shall ye dwell for euer in the lande, that the Lorde promesed you & youre forefathers:
And Moses said vnto Hobab the sonne of Raguell the Madianyte, Moses father in lawe: we goo vnto the place of whych the Lord sayd I wyll geue it you. Go with vs & we wyl doo the good, for the Lord hath promysed good vnto Israell.
get the vp into thys mountayne Abarim vnto mount Nebo, whych is in the lande of Moab ouer against Iericho. And beholde the land of Canaan whyche I gyue vnto the children of Israel to possesse.
And the Lorde sayed vnto him. This is the laud which I sware vnto Abraham, Isaac, and Iacob sayinge: I wyll giue it to thy sede. I haue shewed it the before thyne eyes: but thou shalt not goo ouer thyther.
Moses my seruaunt is dead. Now therfore vp and go ouer Iordan, bothe thou & all this people, vnto the land the which I geue vnto the chyldren of Israel.
Thou sonne of man, these that dwell in the wasted land of Israel, sayde: Abraham was but one man, & he had the lande in possessyon: now are we manye, & the lande is geuen vs to possesse also.
