Peter and Iohn wente vp together into the temple at the nynth houre of prayer.

In the euenynge, mornyng and at noone daye will I mourne and complayne: and he shall heare my voyce.

The same man saw in a vision euydently aboute the ninth houre of the daye, an aungel of God commyng in to hym, and saiyng vnto him: Cornelius.

When they sawe the boldnes of Peter & Iohn and vnderstode that, they were vnlerned men and lay people, they meruailed, and they knew then that they were with Iesu:

And wente into the tempell of the Lorde and the whole multytude of the people were without in prayer while incense was a burninge.

Then came one and shewed them: beholde the men that ye put in prison, stande in the temple, and teache the people.

and were contynuallye in the temple, praysynge and laudinge God. AMEN.

When the Apostles whiche were at Ierusalem hearde saye, that Samaria had receiued the word of God, they sente vnto them Peter and Iohn.

Now when Daniel vnderstode that the writtinge was made, he wente into hys house: and the windowes of hys hall toward Ierusalem stode open. There kneled he doune vpon his knees, thre tymes a daye: there he made his peticion, and praysed his God, like as hys maner was to do afore tyme.

And they contynued dayly wyth one accorde in the temple and brake bread in euerye house, and dyd eate their meate together, with gladnes and singlenes of her

Then sayde the disciple whom Iesus loued vnto Peter: It is the Lord. When Simon Peter hearde that it was the Lorde, he gyrde hys mantel to him (for he was naked) and sprange into the sea:

And he sent Peter and Ihon saiynge: go & prepare vs the easterlambe, that we may eate.

And he toke with hym Peter and the two sonnes of Zebede, and began to waxe sorowful, and to be in an agonye.

And after .vi. dayes Iesus toke Peter and Iames and Ihon his brother, and broughte them vp into an hygh mountayne oute of the waye,

yea, whyle I was yet speakinge in my prayer, beholde the man Gabrel (whome I had sene afore in the vision) came flying to me, and touched me about the offeringe time in the eueninge.

And Cornelius sayde: Thys daye nowe .iiij. dayes I fasted and at the nynthe houre I prayde in my house: and beholde, a man stode before me in brighte clothinge,

And when offeringe time was come, Eliah the prophete went to and sayde: Lord God of Abraham, Isaac and of Israel, let it be knowen thys daye, that thou art the God in Israel, and that I am thy seruaunt, and that I do al these thinges at thy commaundement.

the one thou shalte offer in the mornynge and the other at euen.

and therfore when they perceyued the grace that was geuen vnto me, then Iames, Cephas, and Iohn, whiche semed to be pyllars, gaue to me & Barnabas the ryght handes, & agreed with vs, that we should preach amonge the Heathen, and they amonge the Iewes,

One Lambe thou shalt offer in the mornyng and the other at euen.

From the syxte houre was there darcknes ouer all the lande vnto the ninthe houre.

Two men went vp into the temple to praye, the one a pharise and the other a publican.

Whyche same when he sawe Peter and Iohn, that they woulde into the temple, desiered to receiue an almes.

And Peter fastened hys eyes on hym wyth Iohn and sayed: loke on vs.
