Who is a God saue the Lorde, and who mightye saue our God?

Moreouer, thus hath the Lorde spoken: euen the Kynge of Israel, and his auenger, the Lorde of Hostes: I am the fyrst & the last, and with out me is there no God.

O Lorde GOD thou hast begonne to shewe thy seruaunte thy greatnesse & thy myghty hande, for there is no God in heauen nor in erth that can do after thy workes & after thy power:

speake vnto al the multytude of the children of Israel, and say vnto them. Be holy for I the Lord youre God am holye.

Whatsoeuer thynges are wrytten afore tyme, are wrytten for oure learnyng, that we thorowe pacyence and comforte of the scrypture myght haue hope.

yee and that without any feare or stoppe. For haue not I euer tolde you hytherto, and warned you? Ye can beare me recorde youre selues. Is there any God excepte me? or any maker, that I shuld not knowe hym.

To whom then will ye liken God? or what simylitude wyll ye set vp vnto hym?

They cryed also eche one to other on this maner: holy holy holy, is the Lord of hostes. The whole world is ful of his glory.

O magnyfy the Lorde oure God, fal down before his fote stole, for he is holye.

Be thou my strong hold (wher vnto I may all waye fle) thou that hast promised to helpe me: for thou art my house of defence and my castell.

The Lorde is my succour, my refuge, my sauyoure: my God, my helper in whome I trust: my buckler, the horne of my health, and my proteccion.

And he sayd: I wyl hyde my face frome them & wyll se what their ende shall be. For they are a frowarde generation & chyldren in whom is no faith.

Vnto the it was shewed, that thou mightest know, howe that the lorde he is God & that there is none but he.

Blessed is that man to whome the Lord imputeth not synne.

Wherfore thou arte great O Lorde God and there is none lyke the, neyther is there any God saue thou accordyng to al that we haue hearde wyth oure eares.

God is my strength & in him will I truste: my shylde & the horne that defendth me: mine hye holde and refuge: O my sauer, saue me from wronge.

& sayde: Lorde God of Israel, there is no God lyke the in heauen aboue or in the earthe benethe, that kepest appoyntment & mercye wyth thy seruauntes that walcke before the wyth all theyr hertes:

For who is God, but the Lord? Or who hath any strength, but our God?

O let men geue thanckes vnto thy greate and wonderfull name, for it is holye.

For I am the Lord your god, be sanctifyed therfore that ye may be holy, for I am holy: & defyle not your soules with any maner thing that crepeth vpon the erth.

For I am the Lord that brought you out of the lande of Egypte to be youre God: be holy therfore, for I am holye.

Vnderstand therefore thys daye & turne it to thyne herte, that the Lord he is God in heauen aboue, & vpon the earth beneth there is no mo:
