For euen the sonne of man came not to be mynystred vnto, but to minister & to geue hys lyfe for the redempcyon of many.

For God is not vnryghtuous that he should forget your worke and laboure that procedeth of loue, which loue you shewed in hys name, whiche haue mynystred vnto the saynctes, & yet mynyster.

But by the grace of God I am that I am. And his grace which is in me, was not in vaine, but I laboured more aboundantly then they al, not I but the grace of God which is with me.

According to the grace of God geuen vnto me, as a wyse buylder haue I layde the foundation. And another buylte theron. But let euery man take hede how he buildeth vpon.

For a byshoppe must be fautelesse, as it becommeth the mynister of God: not stubborne, not angrye, no dronkarde, no fyghter, not geuen to fylthy lucre:

Vnto me the leaste of all sainctes is this grace geuen, that I shoulde preache amonge the Gentyls the vnsearcheable ryches of Christe,

And the Lorde sayd: Yf there be any faithful seruaunte and wyse, whom hys Lorde shall make ruler ouer hys housholde, to geue them theyr dutye of meate at due season:

For who preferreth the? What haste thou, that thou hast not receyued? Yf thou haue receyued it ewhy reioyseste thou as thoughe thou haddeste not receiued it?

And he called hys ten seruauntes, & deliuered them ten pounde saiynge vnto them? by and sell tyll I come.

and Ioanna the wyfe of Chusa Herodes stewarde, and Susanna, and manye other: which ministred to them of their substaunce.

We as healpers therfore exhorte you, that ye receyue not the grace of God in vayne.

Now go I vnto Hierusalem, and ministre vnto the saynctes.

The Lorde graunte vnto hym that he maye fynde mercye with the Lorde at that daye. And in howe manye thinges he mynystred vnto me at Ephesus thou knowest very well.

Yf there be anye faythful seruaunt and wyse, whome his maister hath made rueler ouer his housholde to geue them meate in season conuenient:

And this glad tydinges of the kingdome shalbe preached in all the worlde, for a wytnes vnto all nacions: & then shal the ende come.

Of the ministrynge to the saynctes, it is but superfluous for me to wryte vnto you:

For then shalbe great trybulacion such as was not from the beginninge of the worlde to this tyme, nor shalbe:

The God of al grace, which called you vnto his eternal glory by Christe Iesus, shall hys owne selfe after ye haue suffred a litle affliccion make you perfecte, shall settle, strength and stablishe you.

By Syluanus a faythfull brother vnto you (as I suppose) haue I wrytten brefly, exhortynge and testifyenge howe that this is the true grace of God wherin ye stande.

Likewise he that receiued two, gained other two.
