Blessed are the peace makers: for thei shalbe called the children of God.

Let hym eschue euell, and do good: Lette hym seke peace and ensue it.

Embrace peace wt all men and holynes, wythout the whiche no man shall se the Lorde.

Let vs folowe those thynges which make for peace, and thynges wherewith one maye edifye another.

And the peace of God rule in your hertes, to the which peace ye are called in one bodye. And se that ye be thankfull.

For the kyngedome of God is not meate and drynke, but ryghtuousnes, peace, & ioye in the holye ghoste.

If it be possyble, how be it of your part, haue peace with all men.

Beloued, folowe not that whiche is euyll, but that which is good. He that doth well, is of God, but he that doth euyl, seeth not God.

Therfor to hym that knoweth how to do good, and doeth it not to him it is sinne.

To do good, and to distrybute, forget not, for wt suche sacryfyces God is pleased.

and that they do good and be ryche in good workes, and readye to geue and to distrybute,

Whyle we haue therfore tyme, let vs do good vnto all men, and specially vnto them which are of the houshold of faythe.

But the frute of the spiryte, is loue, ioye peace, longe sufferynge, gentylnes, goodnes, faithfulnes,

To be carnally mynded is death. But to be spiritually minded is lyfe and peace.

I fynde then by the lawe that when I woulde do good, euyll is present with me.

Because therfore that we are iustifyed by fayeth we are at peace wyth God thorowe oure Lorde Iesus Christe

I desyre not that thou shouldest take them out of the world: but that thou kepe them from euyl.

And lead vs not into temptaciou. But delyuer vs from euyll. For thyne is the kingdome and the power, and the glorye for euer Amen.

that ye may be the chyldren of youre father that is in heauen: for he maketh his sonne to aryse on the yuyll, and on the good and sendeth his raine on the iust and vniust.

Fle from euell, and do the thynge that is good, so shalt thou dwell for euer.

For I doo not the good thynge whyche I woulde: but that euyll do I which I woulde not.

Wherfore, loue ye your enemyes, do good and lende, lokinge for nothynge againe, and your rewarde shall be greate, and ye shalbe the children of the hyest for he is kinde vnto the vnkinde and to the euyll.

Then sayde Iesus vnto them: I wyll axe you a question: Whither is it lawfull on the saboth dayes to do good or to do euyl? to saue lyfe, or for to destroye it?

To geue lyght to them that sate in darcknes & in shadowe of death, and to guyde oure fete into the waye of peace.

For ye shall haue poore men with you alwayes, & whensoeuer ye wyll, ye maye do them good, but me ye shal not haue alwayes.

The path of the rightuous eschueth euel, & who so loketh wel to his waies, kepeth hys owne soule.

With louyng mercye and fayethfulnesse synnes be forgeuen, and who so feareth the Lorde, he eschueth euell.

Be not wyse in thyne own conceyte, but feare the Lord, & departe from euell:

Do wel, O Lord, vnto those that be good and true of herte.

And vnto man he sayde: Beholde, to feare the Lorde, is wisedom, and to forsake euil, is vnderstandinge.

Then sayde the Lorde vnto Sathan: hast thou not consydered my seruaunt Iob, how that he is an innocent and vertuous man soch one as feareth God, and extrueth euel, and that there is none lyke hym in the land? But thou mouedest me agaynst hym, to punyshe hym: yet is it in vayne, for he contynueth still in his godlynesse.

In the lande of Nus there was a man called Iob: an innocent & vertuous man, soche one as feared God exchued euell.

For the eyes of the Lorde are ouer the rightuous, and his eares are open vnto theyr prayers. But the face of the Lorde beholdeth them that do euil.

And Iephthah sent messengers agayne vnto the chyldren of Ammon,
