And herby we are sure that we knowe him, yf we kepe his commaundementes.

Yf ye loue me, kepe my commaundementes

Yf ye shal kepe my commaundementes, ye shall byde in my loue, euen as I haue kepte my fathers commaundementes, and abyde in hys loue.

This is the loue of God, that we kepe his commaundementes, and his commaundementes are not greuous.

Why call ye me Maister Maister, and do not as I byd you?

Ye are my frendes, yf ye do whatsoeuer I commaunde you.

Hereby knowe we that we dwel in him, and he in vs, because he hath geuen vs of his spyrite.

and was made perfect, and the cause of eternall saluacyon vnto all them that obey him,

I wyll runne the waye of thy commaundementes, when thou haste comforted my herte.

For therby we know that we are of the verytye, and can before him quyete oure hertes.

This is lyfe eternall that they myghte knowe, the that onely very God, and whome thou haste sente Iesus Christ.

We knowe that we are of God, and that the world is altogether set on wyckednes.

We know that we are translated from death vnto lyfe, because we loue the brethren. He that loueth not his brother, abydeth in death.

For it is God that commaunded the lighte to shyne out of darknes, whiche hath shyned in oure hertes, for to geue the lyghte of the knoweledge of the glorye of God, in the face of Iesus Christe.

Blessed are they that do his commaundementes that theyr power maye be in the tree of lyfe, & maye enter in thorowe the gates into the cite.

Wyth trauayle and laboure of hys soule, shall he obtayne great ryches. My ryghtuous seruaunte shall wyth hys wysdome iustifye & delyuer the multitude, for he shal beare away theyr synnes,

So shoulde I not be confounded while I haue respecte vnto all thy commaundemente

I wryte vnto you fathers, how that ye know him, that was from the beginninge. I wryte vnto you yong men, how that ye haue ouercome the wicked. I write to you lytel children, howe that ye knowe the father,

As many as byde in him synne not, whosoeuer synneth, hath not sene him, neyther hath knowen him.

Beloued, let vs loue one another, for loue commeth of god. And euery one that loueth is borne of God, & knoweth God.

In thys we know, that we loue the children of God, when we loue God and kepe his commaundementes.

And the dragon was wroth wyth the woman, and went and made warre wyth the remnaunt of her seede, whiche kepe the commaundementes of God, and haue the testimonye of Iesus Christe. And I stode on the sea sande.
