The LORD will be terrible to them: for he will famish all the gods of the earth; and men shall worship him, every one from his place, even all the lands of the heathen beyond the sea.
By these were the lands of the Gentiles beyond the sea divided in their lands; every one according to his tongue, according to their families, in their nations.
In that day a man shall throw his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which they made each one for himself to worship, to the moles and to the bats;
Sing to the LORD a new song, and his praise from the end of the earth, you that go down to the sea, and all that is therein; the isles, and the inhabitants thereof.
Listen, O isles, to me; and obey my words, you people, from afar; The LORD has called me from the womb; from the body of my mother has he made mention of my name.
The LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, says; Behold, I will punish the multitude of No, and Pharaoh, and Egypt, with their gods, and their kings; even Pharaoh, and all those who trust in him:
After this shall he turn his face to the isles, and shall take many: but a prince for his own advantage shall cause the reproach offered by him to cease; without his own reproach he shall cause it to turn back upon him.
And the LORD shall speak forth his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong who executes his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can endure it?
I will also stretch out my hand upon Judah, and upon all the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and I will cut off the remnant of Baal from this place, and the name of the Chemarims with the priests;
And it shall come to pass in that day, says the LORD of hosts, that I will cut off the names of the idols out of the land, and they shall no more be remembered: and also I will cause the prophets and the unclean spirit to pass out of the land.
And many nations shall be joined to the LORD in that day, and shall be my people: and I will dwell in the midst of you, and you shall know that the LORD of hosts has sent me to you.
Thus says the LORD of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the edge of the robe of him who is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you.
For from the rising of the sun even to the going down of the same my name shall be great among the Gentiles; and in every place incense shall be offered unto my name, and a pure offering: for my name shall be great among the heathen, says the LORD of hosts.
But cursed be the deceiver who has in his flock a male, and vows, and sacrifices unto the Lord a corrupt thing: for I am a great King, says the LORD of hosts, and my name is dreadful among the heathen.
And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
