And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.
And the LORD God said, Behold, the man has become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, so that he will not put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches; To him who overcomes will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.
And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written on them, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:
And there shall by no means enter into it anything that defiles, neither whatever works abomination, or makes a lie: but those who are written in the Lamb’s book of life.
In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bore twelve kinds of fruit, and yielded its fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
And I said to him, Sir, you know. And he said to me, These are they who came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
