And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire returning in upon itself, and a brightness was around it, and out of the midst thereof as the color of amber, out of the midst of the fire.
Then I looked, and behold, in the firmament that was above the head of the cherubims there appeared over them what looked like a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne.
And when I looked, behold the four wheels by the cherubims, one wheel by one cherub, and another wheel by another cherub: and the appearance of the wheels was like the color of a beryl stone.
Then he brought me the way of the north gate before the house: and I looked, and, behold, the glory of the LORD filled the house of the LORD: and I fell upon my face.
And the LORD said to him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that are done in the midst thereof.
Then I Daniel looked, and, behold, there stood two others, the one on the bank of the river on this side, and the other on the bank of the river on that side.
And it shall come to pass that whoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD has said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.
And he said, Amos, what do you see? And I said, A basket of summer fruit. Then said the LORD to me, The end has come upon my people of Israel; I will not again pass by them any more.
And I will make her who limped a remnant, and her who was cast far off a strong nation: and the LORD shall reign over them in mount Zion from this time forwards, even for ever.
And said to me, What do you see? And I said, I have looked, and behold a candlestick all of gold, with a bowl upon the top of it, and its seven lamps on it, and seven pipes to the seven lamps, which are upon the top of it:
And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.
And they sung what sounded like a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no one could learn that song except the hundred and forty four thousand, who were redeemed from the earth.
He who overcomes will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go out no more: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.
After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was like a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up here, and I will show you things which must be in the future.
And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed after him. And power was given to them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.
