Fasten your sword upon your thigh, O most mighty, with your glory and your majesty.

And was transfigured before them: and his face shone like the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.

At midday, O king, I saw in the way a light from heaven, exceeding the brightness of the sun, shining round about me and those who journeyed with me.

And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

For the word of God is living, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing apart of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

The mystery of the seven stars which you saw in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which you saw are the seven churches.

Repent; or else I will come to you quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.

And to the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things says he who has the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know your works, that you have a name that you are alive, and are dead.

But Ehud made himself a dagger which had two edges, of a cubit length; and he wore it under his clothing on his right thigh.

So let all your enemies perish, O LORD: but let those who love him be as the sun when he goes forth in his might. And the land had rest forty years.
