The LORD executes righteousness and justice for all that are oppressed.

Stir up yourself, and awake to my judgment, even on my behalf, my God and my Lord.

Awake, why do you sleep, O Lord? arise, do not cast us off for ever.

Arise for our help, and redeem us for your mercies’ sake.

You therefore, O LORD God of hosts, the God of Israel, awake to visit all the heathen: be not merciful to any wicked transgressors. Selah.

As a dream when one awakes; so, O Lord, when you awake, you shall despise their image.

Lift up your footsteps towards the perpetual desolations; even all that the enemy has done wickedly in the sanctuary.

Then the Lord awakened as one out of sleep, and like a mighty man that shouts because of wine.

The LORD stands up to plead, and stands to judge the people.

Now will I arise, says the LORD; now will I be exalted; now will I lift up myself.

Now therefore, O LORD our God, save us from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that you are the LORD, even you only.

Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the LORD; awake, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old. Are you not the one that has cut Rahab, and wounded the dragon?
