So David and all the house of Israel brought up the ark of the LORD with shouting, and with the sound of the trumpet.

And Shebaniah, and Jehoshaphat, and Nethaneel, and Amasai, and Zechariah, and Benaiah, and Eliezer, the priests, did blow with the trumpets before the ark of God: and Obed-edom and Jehiah were doorkeepers for the ark.

Thus all Israel brought up the ark of the covenant of the LORD with shouting, and with the sound of the cornet, and with trumpets, and with cymbals, making a noise with psalteries and harps.

And with them Heman and Jeduthun with trumpets and cymbals for those that should make a sound, and with musical instruments of God. And the sons of Jeduthun were gatekeepers.

Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.

To him that rides upon the heavens of heavens, which were of old; lo, he sends out his voice, and that a mighty voice.

Then the Lord awakened as one out of sleep, and like a mighty man that shouts because of wine.

Blow the trumpet in the new moon, in the time appointed, on our solemn feast day.

With trumpets and the sound of a cornet make a joyful noise before the LORD, the King.

In the day that I lifted up my hand to them, to bring them forth from the land of Egypt into a land that I had seen for them, flowing with milk and honey, which is the glory of all lands:

The LORD has sworn by the excellence of Jacob, Surely I will never forget any of their works.

Behold, I will corrupt your seed, and spread dung upon your faces, even the dung of your solemn feasts; and you shall be taken away with it.

He has not beheld iniquity in Jacob, neither has he seen perverseness in Israel: the LORD his God is with him, and the shout of a king is among them.

In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was revealed in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen by angels, preached to the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

And it shall come to pass, that when they make a long blast with the ram’s horn, and when you hear the sound of the trumpet, all the people shall shout with a great shout; and the wall of the city shall fall down flat, and the people shall go up every man straight before him.

And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
